"I work for a blueprint company and sign shop. We are always looking at size limitations imposed by the customers. This is the best answer to all the "what if it was" questions. Also the customer and I can see quickly how pixilated an image would become if it gets blown up too big without expensive graphic software. Some software developers go above and beyond, thank you for adding this great feature to an already amazing app."

Pros and cons of Proportional Scale app for iPhone and iPad

Proportional Scale app good for

Very useful app. Use it all the time on my iPhone. Why is it not available for the iPad? Would Love that!
Very useful app. Use everyday. If I could offer 1 suggestion and that is add a few Presets size drop down menu that would be awesome.
Yes, it does what we need well (good purchase). Suggest future updates enable the user to insert their own image and add crop.
Before I found this great app, I tried several that claimed to "resize" but, instead, "cropped." Finally, I found this one! Not only did the developers understand that "resizing" means "scaling" the entire photo without chopping off any of the sides, IN ADDITION, they understood the need to keep everything in proportion as it is being scaled. It is exactly what is needed for quick resizing on the iPad. Simple, fast, easy. Note: If you need to pick a specific interpolation method, youll need an app with a fuller set of features, but for almost all of us, this app, is perfect.

Some bad moments

When opening this junk app, only a screen with a series of questions pops up ! No other link !! Save your money !!! Fraudsters ... "Karma" gonna get :*

As a graphic designer I have the need to scale images all the time. This works great and is easy to use. If you are used to working in percentages, just drop the decimal point under "Times Enlarged". Example 1.33 = 133%.
I dont see how to open a photo in this app. I touched and swiped and opened and reopened... The demention settings worked just fine but the dementions of what? Hopefully someone can set me straight before I delete this because it claims to do just what I need. I didnt even want 1star but cant post without it.
The purpose of this tool is to do math for artists and other creatives. We use this for calculating proportions for a piece for publication. It is not for regular folks to use to edit photos. DO NOT BUY THIS FOR THAT PURPOSE. That is not what it does. However it does do what it is meant to do. For me this is a good buy, because now I dont have to beat numbers out of my brain to come up with a size for my illustrations.
Finally! Ive been waiting for an app like this! So helpful! Thank you devs!
